I tried to call several times for service. Everything is routed through a national switchboard. You cannot call the store or speak to a local person. Service dates are out 7 or 8 weeks. Forget it.
Called to ask if they sell chimney pipe, lady on the phone was very rude and not knowledgeable. Told me that I should go to fireplace manufacturer for pipe.
The store is technically not even open. After driving 30 minutes I visited the empty store to have an employee tell me that . Also I was not even asked if they could help me with any questions on their products etc...wasted trip.
