I have had two appointments so far: an initial intake and a physical therapy appointment. The employees seem competent and caring, which I definitely appreciate. I was very frustrated with wait times. I had scheduled the earliest appt this morning- 7:50. I ended up waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes, even though there were no appointments ahead of me. My time is valuable and I ended up being 10 minutes late to work.

This place is amazing! The staff are so great, and the doctors are even moreso. I never feel like just a number being pushed through appointments- they really care, which yes means they enforce their guidelines but they truly help manage your pain. Adam Wright is one of the best physicians I've ever had.

BEWARE!!! The absolute WORST! WORST! WORST! pain management clinic EVER! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star... but Google doesn't have that option. Utah Valley Pain Management of Orem promises you that they can help you and that they will never give up on you if you want and need help with managing pain. Well... that's BS!!! That promise lasted about 2 & a half weeks. And that's only after having to jump thru hoops to even start the program. So, not only do they lie.. they con you 1st to spend loads of money and then waste your time. That includes your 1st & 2nd office visit, 1 to 2 physical therapist session(s), a 1 to 2 psychologist session(s), and a 3-5 hour drug class seminar. Please don't waste your time and money. It's not worth the hundreds of dollars you fork out w/ nothing in return. Plus, the employees are short tempered, absolutely rude and are only there to collect a paycheck.. with of course your money.

I called to make a therapy appointment and let them know the 3 doctors my insurance would cover. They said that they would call me back, after no call back the next day, I called them back and they said that they never called me back because their therapist meet on Wednesday's and they would call me back, they called me back the next day and we made my appointment. After about 2 weeks from my first call, I get there for my appointment with all my paperwork filled out and insurance card in hand they told me that they don't "think" that my insurance covers the doctor I had an appointment with and that if it didn't I would have to pay full balance. I pulled up email on my phone with names of doctors covered by my insurance and verified doctor wasn't covered and receptionist said that she could make me another appointment with another doctor, I wasn't waiting another 2 weeks, in hopes that they would get it right the second time and do their due diligence, so I let her know that making me another appointment wouldn't be necessary and made an appointment at another place. I can't rate the doctors there because I didn't get to see them but I can definitely warn everyone about their incompetent administration team!!!!!

I absolutely love this place!! I have had no problems at all in all of the years I've been going there. The receptionists are amazing. I LOVE Adam Wright!! I look forward to going there for my appointments. I recommend going here to anyone!!
