Chester Village Court

The clerks at this office still use paper records and refuse to update to computers like every other courthouse. They claim they know what they are doing, but they don't. I've paid the same ticket 3 times, and they still claim they have no record of payment. I avoid the entire town of Chester, just because of this incompetent courthouse.

This place is by far absolute worst of all the courts I've ever stepped in. Not to mention cops sharing your personal information, like your driving record with other cops and staff, which think it's alright to take pictures of confidential information with their personal phones and make jokes about it, right in the court room. This place is a family business. It has nothing to do with justice, it's not anywhere close to it.

I dont think ive ever been discriminated on up until this point, i work 60 hours a week and barely had time to leave work and make it here for a traffic ticket so i could not change out of my work clothing. I had a small tear on my pant leg and i was automaticly told by the officer outside to wait until everyone else has gone before i could even be in the room. Im here to pay a fine for a traffic ticket not dress for success.

The people that work here are very rudenI been paying this one ticket off 2 times and with the record showing I haven’t paid !!!

the police is lying & the judge is a big shot and does't give you the right to explain your side of the case, it's a shame this could happen in the USA
