The family court clerks are the lowest , play games and treat people like garbage. Very sad. They think they are above everyone that walks in. Far from it going by the way they act. Realize this most of us wouldn’t be there if your judges wouldn’t entertain BS so the lawyer friends can make money. We all know it’s the truth but they keep entertaining the scorned. So sad

VERY VERY CORRUPT SYSTEM, VIOLATING DUE PROCESS, NEVER BEEN SERVED NEVER BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT ANY COURT DATES OR ANYTHING, THE CLERK AND MAGISTRATE ALONG WITH HER ASSISTANT ALL ADMITTED THAT ALL THE LETTERS SENT TO MY ADDRESS HAS BEEN RETURNED THEY WILL RAILROAD YOU TO THE EXTREME ..GET A OUT OF TOWN LAWYER TO HELP YOU WITH ANY ISSUES. THEIR ALL IN ON GETTING FEDERAL FUNDING SO THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM DENYING ALL YOUR MOTIONS. I AM A PARALEGAL STUDENT AND I BEEN TALKING TO ALL MY TEACHERS AND LAWYERS ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING . I WILL GO TO CIRCUIT COURT AND FILE COMPLAINTS AND EXPOSE THEM TO EVERYONE UNTIL THEY GET INVESTIGATED..

Destroying lives breaking up families and poor judgement. Sadly im a victim by this ruthless decision-making by Magistrate's . I wish I had a judge

I am a very concerned grandmother who has been going to family court with my daughter who has complied with every order the judge has giving her however the other party has not complied anything that the judge has ordered him to do , but the judge continues to give him his own way , like today in family court was suppose to be about him not complying and being violated and has given dirty urine 3 times and the judge just granted him visitation today with my grandson , she has no idea the danger she is putting my grandson in. The court officers act as if they have the weight of the world on their shoulders. In reality they are glorified tsa workers wanding people. Extremely nasty. I was a cop in the south bronx for 20 years, was a very stressful environment and never treated anyone the way these country bumpkin officers treat the public. Send these court officers to the Bronx for a month and see how their piss poor attitude changes.
