I have a ticket from a year ago and I don't even live in NY anymore and I have tried for 3 months to get in contact with anyone from this office. The fact that they still have a message up from Christmas of 2020 is telling of how terrible this town court is. Does anyone know an email or an actual phone number I can call to speak to someone?
I think its time for the town court to update their phone system because anytime you attempt to call, you have to have some luck to be put on the line with the clerk. The recording tells you the clerk is on the other line or away from the phone and to try again, so you spend all day crossing your fingers hoping to be transferred to speak to someone....
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don't waste your time calling she'll never pick up the phone.
Bring a jacket because you'll most likely be waiting outside for 30 minutes .. Its too small, old and cold. the building is nicer than it is practical ..
Called more than 50 times with no answer! If I could give negative star's I would.
