After breaking my ankle in April, my surgeon suggested PT, but not someone specific. I found Zoe and the girls at Lake Country Physical Therapy and made a call. I was able to get scheduled relatively quickly and began my PT treatments. Zoe listened to all I had to say and took into consideration all my concerns. She addressed them with me individually and began a treatment plan. She is very knowledgeable in the human body from top to bottom and how everything is connected. I am 110% better now than the day I walked in the office. I highly recommend her practice for anyone looking for the best. I feel like part of their family. Thank you Zoe, Michelle and the rest of the girls.
I cannot say enough positive things about Zoe and Lake Country PT. Her confidence in her ability to alleviate my back pain really made me feel like I was in the right hands. Each session, I would be taught a series of new stretches, the areas they targeted, and the best times to do certain ones. Zoe's step-by-step care was easy to follow, and I left feeling like a new person (or at least newer than I had felt in months). I would recommend Lake Country PT for a myriad of issues, for I am confident in Zoe's knowledge and expertise.
Zoe has more skills in her toolbox than any PT I have ever worked with, and she uses them to great affect. Her versatility, combined with her careful listening, have eased my chronic pain that kept me from my practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am back at work and now have some new tools of my own to stay on top of my game.
After suffering a broken Talus bone in my left ankle, resulting in almost a dozen surgeries and finally an ankle fusion, I was often using a cane to walk and in extreme pain constantly. After seeing Zoe and the Staff at Lake Country Physical Therapy I can say that the pain experienced has dropped dramatically and they have made it possible for me to walk freely and no more need for a cane. Their understanding of current techniques for a very complicated injury was awesome! After about giving up hope of being freely mobile I can look forward to it now. I can't say enough about the personal care and professionalism of the business!
As a Licensed Massage Therapist I was grateful to receive Zoe's expert and compassionate assistance in 2016, in healing from a broken wrist, and trigger fingers in both hands. During my numerous treatment visits I observed her interacting with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She impressed me with her professionalism and ability to meet each individual's needs uniquely. I witnessed such creativity and customization in the care she provided. She expedited their healing by utilizing medically valid methods to resolve problems in a few brief minutes, that I am accustomed to taking weeks of massage treatment. I credit Zoe with seeking training throughout her career in diverse modalities which allow her to respond to each person's condition with highly effective, efficient and truly insightful ways. In my own condition, I achieved a remission of debilitating trigger finger condition without surgery, and complete restoration of mobility in both hands. Zoe helped me address all my concerns within 10 visits without a referral needed, and I am working and playing as before. In early 2017 I brought my daughter to Zoe for therapy for an athletic injury for several visits, and she had a successful athletic season as a result of their rehab work. I loved meeting Zoe's therapy dogs and watched a lot of other patients enjoy them also, and felt that Zoe was thoughtful about introducing them and checking out each person's comfort with dogs when it was their first visit. Zoe has crafted a calibre of service that stands out as far more than the run of the mill physical therapy office, and I regularly refer patients to her for evaluation and treatment.
