The average wait in line is 20 + minutes the person infront of me was shopping over the counter meds! The past 6 months I've never been quickly through the drive through! Guarantee 20 minutes wait unless you go inside. Then you can be out in 5 minutes or less. But I have back issues and kids! Grrrr!!

My family has been customers of Cayce’s for several years. We were saddened by the news of a change in ownership of the business, but understanding of the change. Since the change in ownership we’ve had numerous issues with Cayce’s losing prescriptions and deleting prescriptions that had refills. When this happens we have to go through the drama of contacting and/or seeing the doctor again for the prescription(s) and getting another approval from insurance. Then have it sent again to Cayce’s. I’ve tried written prescriptions over e-script hoping that would resolve the issue. But, the issue is still reoccurring. We’ve tried to be understanding that maybe Cayce’s had kinks to work out after the ownership change, but it’s been over a year now of this. Having this issue repeatedly for this long is unacceptable. It’s come to a point to where it’s no longer feasible to keep doing business with Cayce’s.

A special thanks to the staff for allowing my sister to pick up OTC tylenol for her infant through the drive-thru. She didn't have to get her baby out in the cold. Thank you!!!!! It's the little things :)

My advice would be find someplace else. When Mike Cayce was there it was a good place to go. Since he sold it, I will never be back. I tried to transfer my prescriptions to Tom's Pharmacy and Cayce's said I didn't have any refills on any of my meds. Well I knew 1 med had 11 refills. They tried to tell me I didn't, until I said we will just let the DEA take a look at their records. The area manager was able to find 3 or 4 meds that had refills. I'm not sure but might have to let the DEA check them out anyway.
