Both Landen and Kolby are forward thinking and implement marketing strategies that no other realtors are doing. Landen Powell comes with name recognition and has power in his name which we knew going into the realtor selection process. His personality immediately convinces you he is not only confident but is well informed on where the market is, and where it is going. We will certainly use Powell Realty Group, in fact we continue to utilize their services as we want to pursue finding a place in Utah to maintain our local roots while living out of state.
