We sold our old home and purchased a new one with Jen, the owner of the company. She practices what she preaches to her agents and runs an AMAZING company. She was so helpful, friendly, responsive, professional, and when needed, she was pushy with the agent and lender for the people buying our home. We had a very unique experience and she fought for us every single day. I would absolutely recommend Presidio Real Estate to everyone I know and strangers I don’t know. I would also be 100% confident they would have an agent that will fight for them to ensure they have a great experience.

Long story short, we wouldn't have been able to get the house we did without Deb. She is absolutely phenomenal and has true empathy in this (very rough) market. Our sorrows are her sorrows, and our victories are her victories. She postponed a vacation because she saw a listing the morning she was going to leave and knew we would love it. That listing became our home. While I told her that I worry about her work/life balance, we couldn't have done this without her. She'll forever be our realtor that we'll use again and again.

My wife and I dealt with Presidio and Jenny Ferguson as the selling agents of the house we bought, and between the almost 0% communication that forced us to push back our closing by two weeks, to the lying about repairs being made and being made by certified professionals we had a terrible experience. We did 5 walk through a before the repairs were finally finished and the house was cleaned. The mixture of lies, laziness, and unprofessionalism left a bad taste in our mouths.
