Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Real Estate made the process of purchasing our first home effortless. All of their agents are exceptional and completely focused on customer service and satisfaction. They were easy to work with, answered every question we had, made scheduling and seeing houses so easy and worked with our crazy schedules. They did well to explain every step of the process and never once tried to push, rush, or persuade us to buy something that we were not in love with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is looking for the absolute best customer service and home buying/selling experience. Everyone of their agents are great and will work hard to meet your expectations when it comes to real estate.

I was excited to sell my home. I lived there for 3 years. I was refereed to this agency by a close relative; no questions asked. The house didn't get offers until I had to sell. The offer was for cash and the realtor guaranteed a decent amount for selling. After a long "battle" I ended up with nothing for selling the house. I don't know what the problem was, but I do not recommend the realtor I worked with. Worst experience ever!

Michelle Jensen is a hard worker. She worked very hard to keep our home looking its best and ready to show. We were so incredibly impressed by Michelle's eye for detail, what would look best, and her desire to have everything as perfect as possible for a showing. Michelle's knowledge of the market got us the best and highest price for our home. No matter what, she had a positive attitude. We followed her advice on everything that we could and it couldn't have turned out better. This was by far the best experience we have had selling a home (fifth time selling in our lives). Thanks Michelle (and her husband Trace) for doing such a great job.

Our family was referred to Kathy by a friend who highly recommended her to us since she also had moved from California to Utah a few years ago. Our experience was really the best and we received excellent customer service during the couple of days that we were visiting the area of Utah where we were hoping to find a home. Kathy knew exactly what type of home we were looking for from the description that we had given her previously and she really listened to what we wanted in a neighborhood and in the style of home that were looking for for our family. Also the administrative and paperwork part of our home buying experience went very smoothly for us and was very low stress for us. We definitely would recommend Kathy with Berkshire Hathaway to our friends and family! It was a very professional and pleasant experience for our family during what might normally have been a very hard and difficult time trying to decide on a house in an area that we are so unfamiliar with. We appreciate all the help that we received and a new friend that we made in the process!
