Parc on 5th Apartments & Townhomes

We’ve lived at Parc on 5th for about 6 months now and it’s been a great experience so far! Here are some of my favorite things about it: - Management is super responsive. We’ve had several maintenance requests that were all responded to really quickly and professionally - The apartment itself is beautiful! We’re in a 2x2 apartment and I love that there’s a dining space, a lot of other places we looked had no room for a dining table - The parking situation is great! Visitors can park in any of the uncovered spots any time and there’s usually plenty of spaces - The gym is HUGE and the hot tub is open year round - Location is fantastic, we’re literally a minute from the freeway - Rent is fair and seems to be similar to or lower than surrounding complexes The only downsides I can think of are the skinny kitchen cabinets (there aren’t any drawers wide enough for a normal silverware holder, everything is pretty compact) and some people don’t pick up after their dogs despite there being dog waste stations all over, but it really isn’t too bad. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Utah Valley!!

My only problem with this apartment complex is the internet we are forced to use. vicidiem is the worst and everyone here hates it. I have been here for over a year and my internet has never worked well and during this pandemic and working from home it is so important to have working internet in order to stay safe and healthy. However Since I have lived here I have spent countless hours on the phone only to be told that someone else will call me back within 2 business days and never gotten a call back. It makes it impossible to do my job. They also threaten to charge you hundreds of dollars to come out and work on the internet when they advertise fiber speeds and I’ve never gotten more than 5 mbps. 90% of days I can’t even use my smart tv. So make sure you have a DVD player. Other than the internet, I really do love this apartment complex Brianna in the office is amazing! Everyone is beyond friendly, and I have made so many friends here and it’s pet friendly! The dog park is so close and my dog loves being able to go on a walk and make other doggie friends. If anything happens your service request is handled within their 3 hour service guarantee usually a lot faster! The pool and gym are both fantastic! We are close to some awesome restaurants, nail salons and the freeway! I always recommend parc on 5th to anyone looking for anyplace to live and I honestly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The only other downside is parking and there is no storage in the apartments however if you were to move into one of the townhouses both of those issues would be resolved. If the internet was better this would be a 10 out of 5 stars review.

So far, the parking is awful. We just barely moved in, and there is nowhere to park, unless you want to pay an extra $25. But even then someone else will park in your spot. Because of this, we had to park in an off spot, and our car already got stolen. No notices, nothing. Keep in mind, we’ve been there only two weeks. The ceiling fan keeps breaking, there’s an ant infestation, and the internet you’re forced to use kinda sucks. There’s a TON of hidden fees. Kinda thinking I made a mistake moving here.

I have lived at parc on 5th for a year. This has been a great experience. I have enjoyed it tremendously. It has been so enjoyable to meet such friendly neighbors who are willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Management: There are no greater words to say how great they are. They are always there for you. They are professional, courteous and patient. In every way. Any help you need they are on top of it promptly. I feel very safe here and proud to bring my family and friends to my home. I highly recommend living here without a doubt. Thank you all.

This review is on behalf of my mom who is 74 years old.... I think . She is a resident here but everybody wants what's best for their mom especially when she is elderly and it is hard for her to do things for herself but one of the most important things she needs is a safe, clean, and Healthy Living environment. She has all of that and then some at Parc the 5th Apartments. I can honestly say you can't ask for anything better because the management and all office staff. the maintenance people are all top-notch and do their job and do it well. There has been no problems as far as maintenance situations or anything else but I guarantee if something needs to be done they are right on it no questions asked. The maintenance people and management are very friendly and caring people and concerned about the well-being of their tenants and that goes a long way with my mom, me and most people in general. The apartments themselves are very clean and well-kept up. The grass, parking lot, the swimming pool which by the way is one of the best and cleanest swimming pools I've been to but they are all well maintained along with the jacuzzi and the weight room which I use quite often and it is just like a Mini vassa fitness club and it is right here conveniently located within the apartment complex. The swimming pool and jacuzzi is so clean all summer long every time we would go out there I only saw one bug floating at the top of the water and it was only a bumblebee so what does it matter. They don't take up much space and he couldn't sting you because he was already dead. But they keep it clean at all times. The tenants here are all friendly very helpful if you need them but give you your space when wanted it is very quiet here which is extremely important. The apartments are very spacious and plenty of storage space, balconies and a lot of room to walk your dogs. Another good thing about park on the 5th is You Don't See the police coming in and out of here almost every other day like you do a lot of other apartments because there are no troublemakers here . Actually I have never seen the police out here not one time and the management does everything in their power to see to it that it stays that way but they are not always breathing down your necks and getting into your business all the time like some other apartment managers do and it gets very annoying because you don't have your privacy but the management here are not like that. I highly recommend Parc the 5th if you are looking for a top-notch place to live. With very reasonable rental prices and convenient locations to shopping restaurants, restaurants the hospital and doctors office or whatever else you need. I would highly recommend it to my best friends and you won't be disappointed. Guaranteed. I myself have made a lot of friends here and some I will remember for the rest of my life.
