Not sure what this disgruntled air force man is talking about. I know Patrick Hemming to be a stand up guy. The reasons for Hot Springs no longer sold there is because they are made in Mexico and integrity dropped. I have bought 2 pellet stoves and a fireplace and got to know Pat well. I'm having a hard time believing this story. Pat has his cellphone posted. Mr Stanton thank you for your service respectfully. Did you ever go to the store I have dozens of times and Mr Hemming is always available. I have also recommended many people. No complaints. I guess only 2 complaints on 23 years in business and roughly a blended customer sales to roughly 6000 people 800 hearth products and 125 spas. I guess 2 people in 23 years with those numbers makes his service if I'm correct 99.999% That's an A Plus. Keep Rocking pat. I wonder if Mr Stanton is real. Sincerely, One pleased customer.
