From start to finish a true professional experience. Jonathan came out to do the measurements and I was prepared to purchase a much more expensive product but he didn't try to upsell me and explained that the lower price product would work better in my situation with 100 plus year old house. On the day of installation, the two texts came out and did a wonderful job and were able to flatten out some pretty nasty spots on the floor. A couple weeks after the installation I got a call to confirm my satisfaction if there were any problems which of course there wasn't any. A+

I have never had a bad experience when dealing with Paynes carpet outlet. They are the only place you should go for carpet and flooring. I have gotten both flooring and carpet and both look amazing! They are professional and knowledgeable from the showroom when you order to the installation in your home.
