I talked to Dave Saturday evening after I noticed about four feet of ridge cap had blown back exposing a five inch wide opening on my roof. He said he could have someone there Monday morning. Then he asked for a couple of pictures. I sent them. He called five minutes later and said he would be right over. Within an hour of my call Saturday night my roof was repaired! Just wanted to give a shout-out for his excellent service and prompt response. I'll definitely call A-1 Roofing again and I highly recommend them.
We hired A1 Roofing to remove an evaporative cooler and repair the hole in the roof, which they did, but after they left, we noticed there were several shingles that were stained from water drainage. We called and asked them to come back and replace the stained shingles. We paid an ADDITIONAL fee for this. They came when we were not home and replaced a couple of shingles, but left a few stained ones. When we called to ask about it, they said the rain would wash them off. That was not the case. They were stained and no amount of rain would fix it. We asked them to please come back and replace the rest of the stained shingles, but they would not answer our calls or reply to our messages. We finally got on the roof and fixed them ourselves. I was frustrated we paid extra for something they should have done in the first place, and after paying the additional fee of $45, they still didn't do it right. I would not recommend them.
We had the guys at A1 roofing replace our garage roof and they did an amazing job. Our roof looks a million times better and they were fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend A1 Roofing to anyone!

His life-long knowledge of how to fix any roof problem is something I lean on and have grown to trust. He just completed another tough job for me on a flat, metal roof that had been repaired incorrectly twice before I (and Dave) got on the job. Using A-1 makes me look good to my clients.
