John Hancock Charter School is an exceptional school with opportunities for children’s education rarely found anywhere. I chose to send my child there for the small class size (and overall small school size with only 1 classroom per grade), the outstanding curriculum, and orchestra program. I love John Hancock Charter School because of the individual care and instruction my child receives, the amazingly friendly teachers and staff, and that my child comes home happy and excited to return every day. This is a wonderful community school that I would recommend to everyone interested in the best overall educational experience for their child.

John Hancock Charter School has been the best school for my kids! This is the eighth year I've been at JHCS and I can say that no other elementary school- charter or not- can provide a better experience, a better team of teachers and staff members, a better curriculum for their students, or a better environment to learn in. Those who are lucky enough to get into John Hancock Charter School feel as if they are part of one big family. The director and Principal of the school- for fifteen years now- has done an outstanding job making John Hancock Charter School one of the best schools in all of Utah!

I love John Hancock Charter School. They have amazing teachers and staff, small class sizes, and really inspire a love for learning. While not the most aesthetically pleasing campus, they use all resources and money to go directly back to help the students which is obviously most important.

I absolutely *LOVE* having my kids at JHCS. It's a small school, so my kids know their classmates, the teachers know my kids, and what they struggle with, and are able to easily communicate that with their co-workers so there's no struggle from year to year with having to re-explain how to reach my kids best. I love their rich strings program, I like that teachers actively look for ways to make English and history work together. I enjoy that there are projects to do, and LOTS of parental involvement. I don't feel like my kids are a number, or are lost in a crowd. The teachers who work at JHCS have a passion for teaching that inspires students to learn. I also appreciate that teachers are very communicative outside of the regular twice a year Parent/Teacher meetings. The PTO is active, and invested in what's best for the school. A great community I'm glad to be a part of!
