Old Westbury Village Court

The court is above the law, officer gorman is a very dishonorable person having no problem lying under oath. Even after I admitted my wrong doing on the one charge and legally defended myself by stating the law. The judge found me guilty on 2 false charges. 1 of them was for not signaling even though I no I signaled I stated gorman never did a safety check on my signaling devices. Which is required in nys, gorman lied and said he was behind me the whole time I rode up the shoulder. Even after i counter back at him saying he was lying and asking why did he pull me over between a quarter and half mile past the intersection if he was behind me the whole time he had no response. Still with out having any evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that I was guilty except lies out of a officer's mouth. They found me guilty on both false charges but only after the judge officer and prosecutor had to leave to discuss it behind closed doors. There are no government agencies that can look over them not even the FBI or nassua county internal affairs can investigate them. There police are the top paid on the island and they dont stop any crime they are watching Jericho turnpike every day to find poor hard working people commuting to and from work. To harass them and hold them ransom for money some service they provide to the community. Especially with all the taxes we have to pay for their officers to make over 150000 annually. One of their officers retired in 2015 with over a million dollars in severance pay. They are if not the most corrupt police department on long island they are tied with kings point. We need to hold a vote with nassua residents to see if they want this corruption or if their police force needs to be abolished. I'm going after their public info soon and starting an awareness campaign with a petition to hold a vote. I'm getting websites started now will be printing out all their negative news articles and public info and I will be hitting the streets to pass out the info soon.

The staff has been helpful and court is Fair
