Great store and awesome service! I had some baby bracelets (mine, my kids') that were just laying around. Also some other old gold pieces. Jennifer was very helpful in exchanging the gold for credit and she helped me design a meaningful bracelet I can wear linking the three nameplates! Thank you Jennifer!

Always a 5-Star Plus experience at Cornell's Jeweler's. The store is so lovely, warm and inviting from the moment you enter. The team greets you and delivers exemplary customer service every time. Olivia, Michael and Daniela truly make you feel like part of the family and go above and beyond to be certain you get what you're looking for. Whether you had something in mind when you walked through the door or are just looking for a special piece. You are sure to find it and leave with a smile! I was looking for two specific pieces of Lagos jewelry and they were kind enough to special order them for me and have them delivered the week before Christmas. In addition to shopping for new items, we have utilized their talent for customized ring design and jewelry repairs on sentimental family pieces. My husband and I have been shopping at Cornell's since 1990, and now we've turned our children onto all the store has to offer. Truly an amazing destination for us in Rochester!

Went here to put a new band on my engagement ring. Customer service couldn’t be better. Daniela helped me select a new band and they did an exquisite job recasting the ring. Highly recommend! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My husband and I had a great experience at Cornell Jewelers. It was the first time we had shopped there and we were well taken care of by Tricia. We chose Cornell's because it is a locally owned family business, We were looking for a new diamond ring and wedding band to celebrate our 45th Anniversary. Tricia was patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and she helped us become fully engaged in the process. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would definitely shop there again!
