I’ve been to this location 3 times now and the first 2 times I had a good experience. The last time I went in I was using my second tan from a groupon and was a little hesitant because the reviews on Groupon weren’t great. The first time I went in to use the groupon I asked the woman working, just to clarify, if I could get 2 spray tans with the groupon. I asked her multiple times just to make sure and each time she said yes. When I came in for the second tan the same woman was working and when I told her what I was there for she told me that the groupon wasn’t good for 2 spray tans. I explained to her that the last time I was in she told me that it was and she just looked at me and told me that she “didn’t remember telling me that”. No apology or anything else. I figured it wasn’t worth arguing over so I left.
Kennedy Wittwer helped me when I went to Beaches for the first time and was very professional and thorough. She is also very personable and has an infectious smile. I walked in thinking I would try a spray tan and left excited to use all the services. Great job Beaches and great job Kennedy!! I would definitely recommend Beaches in North Orem to anyone who is looking for spa services and safe and beautiful tanning.
I love the new location. Sometimes really busy but that will get better as soon as their hours go back to normal. Staff is amazing and Elyssa is very helpful and knowledgeable about lotion and the equipment.
Mary was a great help! She explained how to use the bed and it was a great experience. The tanning bed was awesome. Number 11- def recommend
