Does my 'review'/opinion really matter? We all know the gal behind the counter hates everyone, everything and will getcha if she can.nShe's been Crabby Apples towards me over the past months, since I landed back in Rochester.nPrices are reasonable. Place is convenient.nSo..we have to deal with a customer service representative that hates it all.nPick your poison.
