I’ve pawned an item here multiple times and I also have been a little late because I had a family emergency and couldn’t make it before the 30 days, everyone who works here is SO nice and understanding. Never once have I felt like they were rushing me and trying to take my item and my money even tho I was technically a week late. Whenever I come make a payment or stop in, they’re so friendly every single time. The only place I will pawn or sell anything!!!
I’ve been to multiple other shops and they never really have what I’m looking for. And All the time I return to this shop I always get what I’m looking for, whether they have it in stock or not. If they don’t have it In stock they make it their business to get it for me. I love this shop . They are very trust worthy, dependable, and polite. Whenever I felt like I was not happy with my service, they’d always apologize and go above and beyond to help me out until I was satisfied. I highly recommend this location for any jewelry or pawning needs. They’re completely understanding and truly care about their customers. They are all completely friendly and outgoing people.. they all treat each and every customer with respect and I would never go to another place for jewelry.
