Yeah the location on Ridge Road is rude and very unprofessional. The lady in Gates Chili is very nice.

Some associates are very nice. However they are not trained enough. The manager is also very rude and it reflects on the rest of the staff. I was told that after I cancelled payments would not be taken out of my account and the manager said that she did not have to inform me and refused to let me speak with whomever was in charge of her. I spoke with progressive directly and they resolved the situation right away in a professional manner.

WORST COMPANY TO GO THROUGH. Do NOT go through them. They lied about what safety features I had on my car so they could charge me more. I also was planning on moving, but never did. I called and went in to speak to them about this. They wanted me to pay $200+ for an address change I never did. I told them in August that I never moved and to keep the same address as before. To my surprise when I went in a couple weeks ago to renew my insurance I was told my Denisse (Spencerport road location) that my insurance had a lapse and was canceled about a week ago. So I was driving around for a week without insurance. She then apologized and said that it was her fault because the address change never got sent to my insurance company on her end. THEN kept me there for 2 hours while letting people who got there AFTER me go first. I then had to start up a whole new policy and had to pay $50 extra a month for THEIR mistakes ($274 total). I had no other option if I wanted to actually be able to drive home (hence no insurance). I called about a couple days later to discuss my options and express my frustration. I was told very, very rudely they could do nothing about it. Absolutely ridiculous I have to deal with that. They then transferred me back to the lady that messed all of this up to begin with. She refused to let me speak with a manager and had the audacity to say “Well when you were here I did take $15 out of my own pocket to cover what you didn’t have”. Since I only had $260 on me thinking a insurance renewal wouldn’t cost more than that. First of all, now I have to take an extra $50 out of my pocket EACH month because of YOUR mistake. I recommend Gieco. This company is sneaky and steals from you.

The lady was so polite over there in gates. Kudos to her.I hope she wins a cruise vacation ..

The staff is very agitated and rude all the time.
