I really wish I had taken a before picture to show the comparison because the end result is fantastic.nI did part of the bathroom wall, faucets and tub update and what a huge difference it has made to our bathroom. We had Bath Fitters replace a tub/shower in our main bathroom and a shower in our master bathroom. Matt and Cory were our installers and completed both renovations on the same day. They showed up exactly on time and worked like dogs the entire day! They were professional, friendly, hardworking and did a fantastic job on both bathrooms. They completely covered and protected the entire pathway from garage, through my house, up the stairs and into the bathrooms as they worked. When the job was complete (just took 1 day!) they completely cleaned up everything and the bathrooms were left pristine. We could not be happier with our 2 new bathrooms, they look fantastic! My bathroom looks incredible!! I want to give a shout out to Ryan for doing such a wonderful job with the install and remodel of our tub and shower. Ryan was amazing! Ryan arrived right on time. He was super friendly and great to work with. He took the time to go over everything prior to starting the job and carefully covered our stairs and carpets to keep them protected while he worked. He answered any question I had as he worked and when he was done, he cleaned up after himself. As a customer not only am I thrilled with the outcome of the job but I am so grateful for the respect that was given to my home as the work was done. I also want to thank Eric and Justin, the salesman that took the time to come out to our home, take a look at our bathroom, explain the processes and set everything up. Bath Fitters customer service is excellent! I highly recommend them!!
My experience with Bath Fitter was awesome. My initial consultation was quick and easy and we set up installation not long after.nnDave C was my installer. He was very efficient and did an amazing job on my very tiny bathroom. Even though my bathroom is small, he made sure there was no accidental damage. I was surprised he did the whole thing on his own, and the bathtub looks AMAZING!
From start to finish this was a great experience. The salesman, Bill, was professional and not pushy. He gave us all the information we needed to make our choices, without adding extras. Cory, who came to install our new tub and shower, was also professional. The wrapping he put down on our flooring protected our carpets from debris. The dust and usual construction mess was contained in the bathroom with a fan and vacuum. The install went smoothly. Cory even took extra time to go to the shop to make a better cut for our install. Extending his day during a snowstorm! When it was complete. It looked amazing. Cory cleaned up the dust and debris from it all so well, it looked like no one was ever there. Our new tub and shower just magically appeared! Many thanks to Bath Fitter, I can enjoy relaxing baths again.
