We highly recommend Felgemacher Masonry. The entire staff was very professional and courteous. Patrick the estimator was very prompt and thorough. He explained each step of our planned chimney restoration in detail and quickly followed up with an estimate. We especially want to thank Tim and Finn for the beautiful work. They treated our chimney like it was their own and never hesitated to take an approach that ensured a quality job that surely will withstand the test of time. Our chimney is quite tall and large but it did not faze them one bit. They were able to match our 50 year old brick and mortar quite well too. The gentleman who came out for the estimate was on time and extremely knowledgeable. The estimate was a little more than my other two, but he identified the issues that were not mentioned by the others because he did a much more thorough inspection. The work was completed quickly and without any interruption of my day by two other nice guys. No waste of time with billing and handing your credit card to the workers. Scheduling and paying is done over the phone with the secretary.

I just can't say enough. From the very first meeting with Colin, I knew that I was giving my business to Felgemacher. Then I spoke with Kate and she was just as professional and as sweet as she could be. I don't know what I expected but Melvin made sure that the job was so much more. My chimney looks great!!! And believe me I never thought about a chimney looking good prior to having my chimney repaired by Felgemacher.. Melvin and his partner were the best!!! They were professional and made sure every little debris was picked up. Melvin walked me through every step and I will make sure I will use Felgemacher Masonry for all of my masonry needs. And yes I will be recommending Felgemacher Masonry to all of my friends, family and anyone and everyone that will listen to me. They made me feel like I was their most special customer.

This review is for Felgemacher in Cheektowaga, NY --- I did not deal with the Felgemacher out of Rochester, NY. Right from the start of my insurance claim the whole team was helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns. The colors the picked for the chimney/fireplace repair matches my house better than what was there originally there. Work was completed in less time than I though. Excellent job. Can't for them to rebuild and design my outdoor fireplace.

I was looking for some estimates to fix my chimney and settled on Felgemachet Masomry. They gave me a very reasonable estimate which I accepted. The before and after photos speak for themselves. I will use them again for any work that requires masonry. I am very happy with the results.
