I came home one night to see smoke rising from the old church. The new church rose from the ashes and it is a gorgeous building. The community is very loving and supportive. Fr. Paul's homilies are always something to look forward to. They just opened an adoration chapel in the back for registered parishioners.

SPX is a well-established traditional suburban Roman Catholic parish in Chili. The church building is just one year old (fire destroyed the old building) and is very open and bright inside. The members are very friendly and welcoming and many are personal friends of mine. This church embodies my idea of what a church should be.

Parish community is very friendly and welcoming! There is always someone willing to move over or let you in to sit down, and the individual welcome greeting between individuals makes it easy to meet people. The priest gives a great homily that makes you think and applys to everyday life. Can't wait to get involved in the parish life!
