I called and requested a part for my gas fireplace. They had one and held it behind the counter for me ready to pick up. Price was a bit higher than Amazon but didn’t have to wait for shipping, was able to check out the part and enjoyed the service so it was worth it to me.

We had our pellet stove serviced and cleaned yesterday by technician Mike. Mike was very respectful, conscientious, friendly, and knowledgeable. Mike was also very thorough and a very positive representative for HHH's. We have been doing business with them for several years, and we appreciate the customer service they provide and like dealing with a local company.
