I could rarely get to my because of the weeds in the summer or the muck and mud in the winter. My unit was broken into twice. Cameras don’t help much when the gate is left open all day. What good Is a security fence when it is open! They are too cheap to pave the grounds. You can’t speak to the owners because they won’t call you back. Unit 24 still leaks after I lost many expensive art pieces because it has a board missing under the eave and rain water constantly came down the cinder block wall damaging my art. They refused to compensate me because I should have had renters insurance. The laws need to be changed about their responsibilities! There are many ice and secure storage units around and I am now in an excellent one. I don’t recommend them at all
Simple sign up process and prices that are UNBEATABLE. Only downside is that availability is limited because of such good prices.
