They are Jews bad. Left a letter on my truck to inform me I was kicked out in 30 days. I was locked out from that day forward wouldn’t answer the phone ever time I would come by the office there would be a sign Saying they were gone. I still had four days on my contract I can move my stuff in and out without paying another months rent as it stands now I’ve paid another month and a half’s trying to get my stuff out place is a joke. However since one of there employees left I haven’t had an issue. will agree with the fact you can’t ever seem to talk to anyone after hrs. And if you do they seem like it’s the end of the world they had to Answer the phone. Change jobs if that’s so hard for you
The warm springs road location are out for late fees only. They NEVER answer the phone or return messages. These guys are a joke. I have recorded phone call proof.
Use a storage company that cares about you and wants to HONESTLY earn your business! Stay away from these crooks!
