Very rude guy up front. Came in with a gentlemen who couldn't find his email confirmation. The guy at the desk didn't even want to help. He was ready to leave them out of the bus. Talk about bad service. Yes he should have had his confirmation but the customer service was so bad. Disgusted. Is that how immigrants treat each other.

This guy don't speak English. Bad communication.

Will not turn on the heat! Horrible uncomfortable experience-for that many hours too! Omg no you will never regret greyhound buses after getting on a “china bus”.nThey can be racist and yell at you. Watched as the bus driver yelled at someone while he was boarding the bus. As soon as he got on he was yelled at to go sit in the back!! NOPE, this is a new age this is UNACCEPTABLE!nThey drive recklessly!! Pressed on time it’s like, and don’t care for safety. Don’t even think you can ask questions! They speak bad, broken English so you won’t get any help. You just board, sit down and go through a bad trip all the way to nyc quietly.nnThis is only good for those who can only afford 50$ tickets to go to and from nyc/buffalo. Not worth it after what I’ve seen and heard from my friends. Sometimes greyhound has 55-70$ tickets, do that instead of you have to!

Whale watching is Amazing...

Very Efficient with the time of travel for over 300 miles. The waiting area/bathroom needs improvement.
