Let me start with one positive. Prices are attractive and they have a good selection. But they really need to train the people working there. Extremely rude and unprofessional.nI got some Rum as it had a nice mail-in discount and the cashier suggested to mail in the rebate with receipt. I was surprised to see that the mail in period had already expired and the rebate they were still advertising was not even valid. When I went back the next day, a different cashier was very rude and his one line reply was, I can't do anything about it. Even the next day they were still selling the rum with the same mail in rebate advertised.nThe whole reason I bought it was because the price looked attractive after the rebate. Its not a question of $5 or $10 rebate but selling with a false claim and then showing such a rude attitude not feeling a bit sorry about false advertising. It just leaves such a bad taste and you feel cheated.

Great place! I love the variety of flavored vodkas to choose from. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and when I visited today I got $10 off from points I'd earned through their rewards program. I would recommend Wild Horse to anyone!
Wine I bought was bad but they gave me replacement. Nice people
No loyalty card, no service. They apparently only sell limited quantity items to “loyal” customers. I would never even think of using that tactic at my place of employment. I wouldn’t have a job anymore. Total joke of a business...I definitely will not be back here again. Very poor service
