For our anniversary, we decided to upgrade my wedding band. Due to the unique size and shape of my engagement ring, this was not an easy task without having something custom done. I’d been all over looking at options before I found Deborah. She spent her time talking to me about what I wanted and showing me so many beautiful rings. We found a band that I love and, at least in my opinion, looks like it was made for my ring! Thank you, Deborah!

I went to four other jewelers to have a sedimental pendant refinished but was quickly turned down at each because the type of metal was ‘impossible’ to work on. Here at Brian Michael’s, Patti said it would be tough to work on but the difference was that she offered to take the piece in and try their best. It ended up coming out perfect! Timely, professional, and caring. Will be my first choice next time :)
Angel and Debbie did an amazing job helping me find the best engagement ring and getting it before I had to leave the country. They made the whole process super easy and are the reason why I decided to go with Brian Michaels and not to another competitor. I will definitely go there again to get other pieces of jewelry. Amazing store. Angel was great, very friendly and knowledgeable which made everything go super easy. Found us the perfect ring and Brian and his brother beat any price that was out there. Definitely a costumer for life!
