In December 2019 I proposed to my wife now, with the best ring ever. This ring was made by Kirk Kara, but little I knew the ring was going to take a few weeks to be made (as it is handmade) and add the shipping times to a friend in the US and then final destination... it seemed like mission impossible. However, I luckily was helped by Peter Manka Jr. and he basically made it happen. He contacted Kirk Kara, he sorted the shipping and in the end I got the ring on time after international shipping... OH! and with Peter also gave me a discount... GREAT! - in 2020 same process happened and now I needed my wedding band and my wife's - again Peter gave us unbelievable prices. This time he went above and beyond. He helped me getting the perfect size for my ring, as I was not able to do the fitting personally as I live in a different country. He sent me about 5 emails with all the recommendations and all the resources he had available to make sure I had the perfect fit. The ring arrived and it is perfect. This is a MAGICAL store!!!! I hardly know where to begin to tell you how amazing this place is...so, I'll start from the beginning. First, it is not a chain, it is truly a family business and it feels friendly right away. Secondly, the owner greeted us and said that even if we tried on everything in the store and left without buying anything, he'd still be happy we came in. Have you EVER heard a merchant say that???? Thirdly, the merchandise is lovely and beautiful displayed in a clean and attractive room. When we entered the store, we had no idea what to expect or really what kind of ring we wanted, so we looked around and suddenly we both saw THE one! We didn't even look at the price until after we picked selected it, but it was entirely reasonable. Upon picking it up a few weeks later, the same friendliness greeted us, and to our very pleasant surprise, we were offered a bottle of bubbly or a box of chocolates as a 'thank you.' The shopping experience was so easy and pleasant that it added to the sweet memories we will always have of the day we found our ring. Thank you, Ben Garelick!!!

Customer service was excellent. From the time we entered the store we were instantly greeted by a very pleasant person. She knew her stock very well and showed us a selection that completely matched our desires perfectly. Am loving the ring I chose and will definitely return here when needed.
