I'm super happy with my experience here today! I usually go to the Elmwood location downtown but decided to see their new parlor instead. Their shop is very clean and tidy. I saw the receptionist sanitize the counter tops and door handles every time someone arrived or left. You can tell the staff takes a lot of pride in their shop! I got pierced by Sarah today: She has a great sense of humor and kept me distracted from my nerves. Sarah explained exactly what she was doing all throughout the piercing process and told me what to expect afterward. If I get any more piercings soon, I'm definitely going back to Sarah again! Anna is also wonderful at the Elmwood location too! Thank you to everyone at Cowpök! ud83dude04
