If you are looking for someone knowledgeable in jewelry look no further! I first called Barbara Oliver Jewelry to ask if they did appraisals and if they buy engagement rings/wedding bands. Barbara answered the phone and was so easy to work with from the first second of talking with her. Awesome customer service from the first hello! I asked her if she would look at my jewelry and she immediately said to come in and she would help me out. I went into see Barbara and you could tell she was genuine and super knowledgeable. Also, her staff was so kind and helpful. This was a very unknown thing for me to do and I easily could have been taken advantage of, but Barbara made sure that didn’t happen. Honestly, this is the only place I will refer anyone to now. Thank you for everything Barbara and staff!!

Barbara and her staff are fantastic. Barbara sat down with me and taught me everything I wanted to know, and more, about diamonds. She hand picked every stone, and setting for my now Fiancée's engagement ring and answered every question I had. The ring is stunning and my Fiancée is in love with it. This speak easy of fine jewelry is truly a hidden little gem. We ventured in to get my moonstone engagement ring resized. The first thought, maybe we were in the wrong place and then the door was opened to an exquisite display of jewelry. We had discovered Barbara in the lgbtq phone book and knew she was welcoming but what we came to learn is that she is a brilliant artist, gemologist, and jeweler; she has a gift for hospitality, an incredible attention to detail, and is a fantastic conversationalist. The quality of her work is second to none, the pricing very fair, and we had my ring back in less than a week... I knew I was in good hands when I left my ring and when I returned for it.... no sign that it had been worked on but fit my finger like a glove... Barbara definitely has our future business and we can’t wait to consult with her on our wedding bands.
