I was looking for a certain Tumi piece. I called the store FOUR times on Friday and no one ever picked up. It just doesn’t speak well to the store- odds are they should have been able to pick up ONCE. I didn’t leave a message because I am at work and can only take calls at a certain time... I.e one of the four times I attempted to reach them.

Love the variety without breaking the bank! Got some new pashminas and bling!! Also, great clerk in the shop, very friendly and thoughtful.

MONARCH SHOPS KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!nMaria and her excellent team of customer service associates went to great lengths to help me surprise my wife with an early Christmas gift before her flight overseas. I called from the West Michigan area to Maria's store at the Detroit Metro Airport, inquiring about the Tumi Valerie Business Tote. Not only did they have it in stock, but Maria made a point to tell me it was currently on sale, and had her staff wrap it in decorative tissue and nice bag so it would be waiting for my wife as a surprise. Mona was waiting at the store as my wife walked in to inquire about some business accessories and presented it to my wife's complete delight.nI cannot express enough the true commitment to customer service, care and excellence. It was my pleasure to spend money with Maria and Monarch Shops today. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone to stop in and do the same. They will exceed your expectations.
