Jewelers are confident and professional, very informative. Customer service was splendid. Everyone knows what they are talking about and everyone there was super helpful. Definitely one of the best jewelry stores I have ever been too. I won’t be going to any other jewelry stores ever again

Very unpleasant experience!nWent in with husband for a repair. Staff couldn't find the item in the computer. The staff (woman) went on and on complaining about how much stuff I had in the computer in front big my husband this account is in my name only what if I didn't want him knowing how much stuff I had purchased, and why is she complaining about how many items I've purchased on this account? I thought she was very unprofessional!

Very unfriendly staff especially if you have a problem with a gift. My daughter bought a necklace for me and the chain broke during the second time I wore it. Smiles were abound when I first walked in, as soon as I told them my chain broke...silence! She looked at the receipt and the chain..said nothing and walked away. We followed and she proceeded to find a new chain and put it on the necklace. She did put on a larger gauge chain (because they didn't have that size), however, her attitude was less than friendly. No pleasantries whatsoever. Why are you in the business?
