Really helpful and knowledgeable especially in an emergency. I know I'm getting solid and honest advice. I recommend because they always take time to explain things and dont make you feel stupid if you have to ask a thousand times. Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, experienced, true customer service. When I was in the home buying / closing process, Ellyn was extremely helpful in explaining all policy options and helped me understand how some handyman specials could have posed too much risk to my personal situation. Recently, I (finally decided) moved both my home and auto into a bundle, she took the time to shop both policies for me - And the savings she found combined over a year, exceed my expectations! For me, I usually equate savings to losing options.. but she was able to offer me More personalized coverage on both policies without sacrificing the bundled savings.

I recently called the office for information regarding coverage for water damage per my home owners policy. Melinda was polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable. She answered my questions and asked if there was anything else she could assist with. Any time I have called the office, even right before closing time, regardless of who answers the call, I have received this same excellent service. I have been a client for over 20 years.
