I was insured with Allstate for 30+ years and was very afraid to change. My agent advised that I could cut the cost of my auto insurance almost in half if I switched to Utica National. I was leary to switch as it seemed to good to be true, and I was unfamiliar with Utica, but I did. For the first time in over 20 years I had to file a claim and Utica National contacted me quickly and the claim is already paid, to my satifation , in less than a week. Best decision I ever made... I paid about half of my previous premium and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. Thank you for saving me money and making the claim process as pleasant as possible. I will definitely recommend Utica National to anyone that will listen.

Just bought a house in December and got Utica National for my insurance. 3 Months into my new house, I get a letter from them canceling my policy. Called to inquire about it as the letter stated and they told me to get a hold of my agency to resolve the problem. Called my agency and just got the go around and was told to call Utica again. Waste of time, money and poor customer service from both Utica National and Evans Agency.
