CFM Stone Surfaces

I have nothing but good things to say about CFM Stone Surfaces! The experience from start to finish was outstanding. Each person we dealt with was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Nicole was amazing through the purchase process. It was very cool to watch the fella that came do the measure. Tim and Art came to do the install. They were awesome. I cannot believe my kitchen is my kitchen! I love my HanStone Quartz countertops! THANK YOU CFM STONE!

Our salesperson Michelle made it easy, our scheduler Nicole was so sweet and helpful, and the installers did an excellent job.nI would recommend CMF to anyone.

Had beautiful granite countertops installed in our home. The measurement guy came and took the measurements and was very meticulous. A week later they arrived as promised and fit like a glove. The installers were professional and did an outstanding job installing and on the seam and faucet holes. I highly recommend CFM, quality products and work at a fair price.

The worst customer service ever. Small bathroom counter & backsplash took 4 months in total because their mistakes. Lost 4 days of work due to their scheduling issues. Waited all day at home to be told at 5:30 p.m. they cant make it. Drilled 1 hole instead of 2 for faucet. Backsplash too thick & took 6 weeks for them to cut down to right size! Several defects in the counter (small stark white circles) that no one would address. Left messages & email for owner, but never once responded. Absolutely terrible company to deal with.

I have called and emailed to try to get information about having countertops installed. I have gotten no response at all. Not a call back not an email and I've called several times. Disappointing. I will go elsewhere with my kitchen countertop business.
