Been waiting for 5 months and they can't give me an answer where it is or when i am going to get it. We already paid for it as it was a holiday sale. Now to go elsewhere would cost us 1200 more. Broken promises of getting back to me and i am always the one calling them. So sad, try to go local and this is the service I get.
I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to warn others when treated so poorly. After a salesman started working with us, he disappeared, then ignored us, then when pressed told us he was going to work with another customer first even though we were in the store first and had initiated a discussion first. Maybe the other person had deeper pockets, wore nicer clothes or had the nicer vehicle. I don’t know what it could have been. We are remodeling our whole kitchen and had intended on buying all new appliances from here. We will take our business elsewhere and I encourage you to as well unless you pull up in your Range Rover and designer apparel. You might not be good enough for them otherwise.
I am building a house with a local builder in Buffalo and they use Greg, the manager, as their appliance dealer. I met with him to choose appliances and the meeting went fine, but from there everything went downhill. I never received the list of what I planned on purchasing after he agreed to email me a summary of everything. After over 2 months of trying to contact him to get information via email and numerous phone calls, I finally decided to move on and go elsewhere as I do not conduct business like this. I was able to get in contact with Greg about a month after my visit and he did confirm that he was receiving my messages and would send me the information the next day, which of course I never received.
Keith was amazing to work with! Patient, kind, yet quick and efficient. I didn't feel pressured or like he was trying to get a a big sale out of me...I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me. He listened to my situation, my budget and what I was looking for and quickly gave me exactly what I needed. Highly recommend working with Keith for your next appliance needs.
