Listened carefully to my needs, considered my opinions and thoughts and chose the perfect carpet at a reasonable price considering I rent and was paying out of pocket.nVery friendly, professional and efficient. This is my second trip to this location and will definitely recommend it to others!nUPDATE! Forgot to mention the installers were 5 star too. 2 very polite, professional young guys did a stellar job of install and great job cleaning up afterwards. Very efficient too! Helped me move furniture back into the room to prevent me from dragging it across the carpet. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Jordan and the Carpet Factory Outlet on Transit in East Amherst are awesome. We've been very pleased with the quality, selection, and installation. Jordan was attentive and patient with our changing timeline, and the installer Don was very professional. We've had them lay and replace carpet throughout the house, as well as bind and lay a somewhat complicated stair runner, and we will return to them when we're ready to do more!
