I screwed up and came at the wrong time for my cleaning and check up with Nancy and Dr. Mike. However, rather than having me reschedule and waste the trip, Nancy spoke with the dental hygienist Mike, who had an opening a little later and who willingly slipped me into his schedule for my 6 month cleaning and x-rays, while Dr. Jill came in and did my check-up afterwards. He was very nice, funny and accommodating, as well as thorough. Dr. Hayes answered some questions I had and was very nice and patient despite my being an add-on to her schedule. I liked and appreciated her overall demeanor, completeness and patience, and if I wasn't already a very long-time patient of Dr. Katz, I'd see Dr. Hayes again in a heartbeat!
