Was here to see a concert for the first time. The venue was nice, all white and a glass ceiling in the lobby. The acoustics of the room was good in the balcony. I will definitely go back but try to get a floor seat next time.

Very nice auditoriums and a very nice atrium to hold plenty of people. The auditorium was full and I was still quite cold, not a big deal but as someone who doesn't get cold easily I feel it's worth mentioning. Overall, it is a great venue to see a show at or attend a graduation at.

Fantastic time! The staff helped tremendously in getting me a seat lower, once I realized the balcony seat I reserved was too steep,for me to enjoy the show, because of my problems with vertigo, Thank you soon much! !

Large, nice auditorium with balcony and good architecture. Other facilities as well.

One of the best venues in western ny.nEasy access from route 290 with plenty of parking. Quick in and out from any lot. The atrium is a great place to wait for the doors to open and stay out of the weather.nThere is not a bad seat in the house. I do recommend buying seats which are away from the walls for best sound and view.nTickets are reasonable when not purchased from a secondary ticket vendor. Sign up for email notification and early bird presale for a more enjoyable experience. I see the majority of concerts here and have done so for over 15 years.
