Heat Survival

Mike and Russ were exceptional on every level. I could not have been more pleased with my Heat Survival experience. Both devoted a significant amount of time in reviewing options, as well as, providing a detailed overview of the features in the stove I ultimately selected.

I got a late start on my pellet stove this year and of course this is the year it didn’t fire up. It wasn’t feeding. I spoke to Russ and he was booked til December. Knowing it’s winter, he asked my make and model and told me what to test to narrow down the issue. I did the test and found that it wasn’t my feed motor or the vacuum and there was some kind of obstruction. I started to take apart the stove and found a dead mouse obstructing the blower. Problem solved. Money saved. Didn’t have to wait over a month. Russ is truly the best! I can’t thank him enough for the help over the phone. I certainly recommend him for any service or cleaning you need!

Stopped by to pick up a replacement door gasket for my pellet stove and the guys were very nice, the price was reasonable, and they even shared some “what-not-to-do” tips
