Plattsburgh Public Library

Great location, great staff, and great selection. The library is clean and quiet. I love that you can also rent audiobooks from the Plattsburgh Library using the Libby App. They are making it easier than ever to get the books you want to read!

Good location. In center of town. Lots of activities for all ages. Coffee bistro inside. Computers for public use.

A great place to relax and read. They also have access to 22 other libraries which increases your selection of books hundreds of times over. There is also a hidden gem within the library. Chapter one is a cozy coffee and tea bar within the library. A nice selection of coffee and tea beverages and some of the tasteyest pastries ,so grab a book, a cup of joe and a freshly baked muffin and go to town ☆☆☆☆☆

If you like books and free things then you’ll really like our community library. The also have lots of free community events.

Whoever hires the staff at the library needs to find a new profession because the people they hire are bloody rude. I was in there today and the heavy woman with black hair was so nasty. She is new and was so condescending. She is more interested in personal things than doing her job.
