I would have to say the jewelry itself is a 5 star but the service of resizing was very disappointing! I got engaged and my ring went in for a resize which they couldn’t do in house so I waited two weeks for the ring to come back. When I got it back it was still the original size!! Nothing had been done! They said they would expedite the NEXT resize (try to get it back in a week) and here I am another two weeks later and they still have not received it back! This was a great way to take the fun out of being newly engaged!!!

There's a new manager at this location and I would give it another try if you have had a bad experience. He'll go above and beyond to make sure your happy and feel like you matter. I always have difficult requests and Mark will listen and try to make it happen to the best of his abilities. Just a really great experience.
