Timothy Ruscio: Allstate Insurance

By far the worst ever customer service and care. Received a check for partial reimbursment from Allstate because my policy was cancelled. They were never able to give me a clear explanation as to why but I found out through Allstate that they insured me on a 4 unit building when in fact it is a 6 unit. I advised them 13 days before the effective cancellation was to take place but they did diddly squat to help me get new coverage. Never returned my calls or email. Pure abandonment. How they are still in business is beyond me. If I can give negative stars I give one thousand.

Worst agent ever! Everytime I change vehicles my license would get suspended. He's not willing to work with you either!
