Let me start by saying being sedated is a fear of mine. I’ve only been put out for a c section a little over 2 years ago. Have never had surgery and never use to get numb for fillings. From my consultation, first visit ever, they made me feel really welcome and comfortable. I found out some horrible news and just broke down into tears. The doctor reassured me and comforted me and the nurse was beyond phenomenal. Very very sweet and again super comforting. Very much recognizing my fears and caring about me. Today was my procedure. I was nervous for a while but the anxiety eased away. Well today came and I was definitely getting anxious again. Again the doctor and nurse so very comforting.. these 2 are amazing people. To have a place care so much is something I’ve never experienced. It was so quick.. I was again comforted by this fantastic nurse.. before I knew it I was a bit groggy but awake during the entire procedure. They talked to me the entire time assuring me I was doing great. Next thing I know I’m done. Beyond fantastic doctor and nurse. Here it is 5 hours later after my procedure and I’m not dizzy or sick which was a huge fear. I appreciate the care I received here today. They are beyond 5 stars.

Horrible service. They will schedule you for 12 then have you sit in the waiting room till 4 with no good excuse except that they over booked. They pulled my tooth and sent me to Their office in Malone, that left me in a dental chair for over an hour to the point I walked out. They answer the phones rudely and apparently now neither of their offices does dental work. Your a dentist how can you not do dental work?

ive een going here my whole life. its a wonderful place! everyones so nice, and even tho there a long wait, its worth it!

Great dentists but get 4 teeth pulled at 8 am and they have no one there to call in prescriptions the dentist has to do it himself at 4 in the afternoon. Waiting in pain until then is not ideal. Not a happy person at all they should hire someone specifically to call in prescriptions

I went there because my tooth was killing me. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentist so I was kind of nervous. But everything went really smooth. I went for a consultation and I was seen right away. I was scheduled for a tooth extraction two days later and despite my fears it was really painless procedure(for me)I don’t remember feeling any pain and the staff was really nice.
