Aspen Dental

If you want to be sold services you don't want, this is the place for you. I asked to schedule a regular cleaning (TWICE) and they refused - would only recommend a deep cleaning not covered by my insurance. Stressful atmosphere - receptionists next to waiting room loudly explaining (arguing)billing/ payment information over the phone. It's a shame people choose to work in the health care field and then are trained to push services on their patients.

I was very disappointed. Staff was nice, but when I questioned what my insurance was paying, I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks before confirmation from my insurance could be verified. However, when I called to confirm my appointment I was told my insurance was already verified. The price I was quoted with insurance was the same price a relative paid without insurance. It did not seem right to me. I called my insurance, and verified what they paid , and was told no call on my claim was made. It made me wonder about the validity of the information was from the office. Now I'm waiting 6 to 8 weeks apparently for insurance confirmation.

Another great visit for me on 03/03/2012 to the Plattsburgh office of Aspen Dental. They are polite and professional and, work with insurance to keep costs down. Thanks in particular to Gretchen and Tracy.

I'm sold on ASPEN dental in Plattsburgh! Hands down! The staff is absolutely incredible!! I love the staff!! Especially the girl at the front desk named Tracy. She made you feel so welcomed and so comfortable!!!nDr. Adams was my dentist! He is AMAZING!!! I have always been scared going to the dentist when I was younger and even as an adult. Dr. Adam's made sure I was ok the whole time. He talked me through the whole procedure on what he needed to do to fill my cavity!! I'm absolutely amazed by this team!! If you go to Aspen, and you nervous like me... Ask for Dr. Adam's! You will be so happy! I promise!!
