Chapter One: Coffee & Tea

Sacred maple latte (hot or iced, doesn't matter, both are great) and a molasses cookies = heaven. Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Always friendly and prompt service. They display local art and promote local artists. Plus, if you get the urge, you can buy or sell a house while you're there. Seriously, this place beats the chain coffee shops by a mile.

Chapter One makes the best espresso I’ve ever tasted. Today, I ordered an Americano and was blown away by how smooth it was. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the baked goods available are also delicious. I will definitely be back soon!

Chapter One in Plattsburgh NY offers excellent coffee and a nice relaxing atmosphere to sit. WIFI available too. On vaca....first on list is to scout out the best coffee. Love Chris' place....cozy, comfy sofas and nice selections of coffee and tea beverages as well as a few selections of morning sweets. Chris and staff are very friendly and informative. Sipping a 20 ounce Mocha right now...HEAVEN!! Coffee is very smooth no bitterness. Had 20 ounce Iced Vanilla Chai yesterday...awesome! Had a very nice subtle floral endpoint. Beans, ground coffee and tea available for purchase. DEFINITELY recommend!!

Just went here for my first time and was blown away! I love this place! I wasn't sure what I wanted so the man working at the time was very helpful in telling me what's popular! Very comfortable rustic setting which is my favorite! 10/10 would go again and probably will soon!

Great natural light. Beautiful local art work. Tasty cappuccinos. Thriving plants. Good music. Comfy sofa. Reasonable prices. Large and airy. Nice ambiance! Check out angel horses and cornucopias on ceiling.
