This is the quintessential hometown pharmacy, there is none better. They have the knowledge and acumen to accurately provide prescriptions quickly and offer a wide range of personal care products, toys, candies, and gifts. The staff is exceptional and the pharmacists are among the most knowledgeable and skilled as any you will find.

Wow I've been with Bartels Pharmacy for a long time and they always did me right with my medicine and honestly send some more closer Wegmans I think I'm going to have to switch that's where I don't have to leave town get my vitamins and my medicine over there I got to do some exercise and get out jogging and get ready for softball season

My own experience with Bartles on 3/4/2021: I am so disappointed in Bartles Pharmacy. They blatantly disregarded the fact that we are in a PANDEMIC. Pulled into Bartles and sign on door says to go to the fire station. What? Why? Soon found out. Mass vaccinating going on and no common sense to handle that many people. No social distancing at all, elderly waiting in a line in 20 degree weather for well over an hour with no chairs provided and no one to greet and advise on the plan - probably because there wasn’t a plan. Appointments meant nothing - one line for everyone, whether 1st, 2nd dose or a walk in. Idk why they would add walk-ins and put them ahead of appointments made 5 or 6 weeks ago. After waiting outside, the inside was basically a super spreader situation for Covid - shoulder to shoulder people in narrow hallways to wait inside yet again... pens and clip boards not sanitized... it was a nightmare. Beware! NOT the small town pharmacy vaccination experience I envisioned. Next time I’ll go to one of the sites that has the experience, common sense, and professionalism to handle a mass vaccination effort. Bartles, you failed on this. I hope no one CONTRACTS Covid after being subjected to this fiasco. When I posted this on FB, Bartles responded with sarcasm and denial instead of acknowledging that this was a disaster. They do not seem to care that our elderly including veterans were treated disrespectfully. I saw a vet with a walker trying to enter the building after waiting in the cold for over an hour. The man was never offered a seat and staff couldn’t even be bothered to open the door. Another woman over 80 with COPD saw the line of over 60 people outside and had to leave without being vaccinated - even though she had an appointment. Is this a caring pharmacy? I think not

I know I can rely on Bartles' Pharmacy for all my prescription medicine. The pharmacists are extremely reliable and they take the time with the customer/patient, to make sure we know about any changes or new medicine. I know I can rely on them for not only prescription medicine, but also OTC meds. The fact that they offer gifts and cards, as well as my favorite FoJo Beans coffee and other local business products keeps me coming back.

My favorite Pharmacy very sweet employees very respectful and very helpful with everything whatever you need they would help you find and more and that's where I pick up my medicine
